Full refund within 7 days. No conditions about your exam.
If the material is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to have sat anything.
We make one promise: that our material is written against the exam outline that is current today, and that we say plainly when we last checked. That is a promise about quality and currency, so the refund is about quality and currency too.
The refund exists so that nobody is stuck with material that is not what they expected. It is not a free trial, and it is not meant to fund working through a question bank and then asking for the money back. That is what the free part of the site is for: every study guide, every blueprint and every glossary is open to read, and each exam has real sample questions with full explanations, all without paying or creating an account. Look first, then decide.
Plenty of exam-prep sites promise your money back if you fail. We do not, because whether you pass depends on your experience, your preparation, and how you feel on the day, none of which we control or can fairly assess. A promise we cannot keep honestly is worth less than one we can. So: judge the material, and if it is not what you expected, take your money back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days, which is their timing rather than ours.
Access to that exam's question bank ends when the refund is processed. Study progress saved in your browser stays there, and the free study sections remain available to everyone.
The 7-day window is our standard policy. Beyond it we are not obliged to refund, but we would still rather hear from you than not. If something is genuinely wrong with the material, tell us, and we will make it right, whether that means fixing it, extending your access, or refunding you.
Two cases where we will refund regardless of timing:
We may decline a refund where an account has clearly been used to bulk-extract or redistribute the material, or where someone repeatedly buys and refunds the same exam. This is rare, and we would rather explain our reasoning to you than apply a rule silently.
You do not have to take our word for the quality. Every exam has free sample questions with full explanations, and all the study sections, blueprints, and glossaries are free to read without an account. Look first, then decide.
